Changes/Improvements:
- Added option to hide processes from request and task lists for end users
- Updated comments message length to 4000 characters.
Bug Fixes:
- 9006 - Notifications should retain html/text setting.
- 9158 - "Only Show Task Tab (hide Detail, Flow and Comments tabs)" is persistent
- 13653 - User Search wasn't working with dates.
- 13733 - Monitor requests search now goes back to page 1
- 13780 - Escape characters in request detail no longer disrupt display
