Processes: Standard Task Types

Tasks are the building blocks of processes. Simply put, tasks represent a unit of work or distinct action.

• Standard tasks are built into Integrify and may present a user with a form, allow a person to approve or reject a request or send an email notification to a use or group of users. Available upon installation, standard tasks are the core functionality within the system.
  
  
• Plugin tasks are available separately and can generate PDFs or create an interface with other systems and data sources throughout the enterprise. plugin tasks are available for individual licensing at an extra charge.

All available tasks are contained within the Process development area and can be added to a process and configured within the Process Flow Grid.
